Joanna Sloame is a producer/director and journalist with 8+ years experience. She creates compelling and highly-shared videos spotlighting individuals and organizations working to make a difference in the world. She also produces branded digital content for POPSUGAR Studios, working with clients such as Warner Bros., Target Baby, and Secret.
In 2017, Joanna produced her first documentary series following Khloe Thompson, a 10-year-old philanthropist on a trip to Ghana to bring running water and a toilet facility to a rural school.
She's previously worked at NBCUniversal, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and The New York Daily News. She holds a B.A. in History and Creative Writing from Columbia University.
